Tastings return to Clover Hill

Seated tastings are happening every day through June 30 only at The Winery in Breinigsville.

• For $12 per person, enjoy four samples (of your choice) from our wine list, plus receive a stemless glass that's yours to keep.
• Three time slots are available Monday through Saturday: 10-11:30 a.m.; 12:30-2 p.m.; or 3-4:30 p.m.
• Two time slots are available Sunday: 12:30-2 p.m. or 3-4:30 p.m.
• You'll also have the opportunity to purchase food, additional tastings for $10 per flight, or wine by the glass for $6 each during your reservation time.

We strongly recommend advance reservations for your seated indoor tasting as tables are limited. Non-refundable payment is required at time of reservation. We can accommodate groups of 1-8 people. Walk-ins are accepted only if seating is available.

Beat the heat with refreshing
Mint and Citrus Sangria

Mint and Citrus Sangria made with Pinot Grigio is available at Breinigsville and Robesonia by the glass for $7, by the carafe with two stemless glasses for $20, or a carafe only for $17.

Sangria is available only by the carafe at the Clover Hill wine shops in the Allentown Fairgrounds Farmers Market and Boscov's Fairgrounds Farmers Market.

With these few simple ingredients, it's easy to make your own batch:

One bottle of Clover Hill Pinot Grigio
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
6 oz. simple syrup
8-10 mint leaves

Pour the simple syrup into a pitcher, add mint leaves and muddle. Stir in slices of lemon and lime, and the Pinot Grigio. Chill for about 1 hour. Garnish each glass with a mint leaf.
