Our Owner's Selection, Holiday, is on sale at all Clover Hill locations
and on www.cloverhillwinery.com during the month of January.
Pay $9.59 per bottle when included in a case purchase.
Holiday is a sweet rosé that is jazzed up with cinnamon, cloves and citrus. Try it warm in the winter to heat up those cold, frosty nights.
Clover Hill's Hot Toddy puts a unique spin on the traditional glass of warm Holiday rosé:
1 bottle of Holiday
24 oz. cranberry/cherry juice
6 oz. brandy
1 pear (diced)
1 orange (diced)
1 cup cranberries
Pour the Holiday wine and cranberry/cherry juice into a crockpot. Add the pear, orange and cranberries and let it blend for about 2 hours. Add the brandy and leave on low about 30 minutes longer. Place a slice of orange and 3-4 cranberries in a glass then ladle the sangria into your glass.
Join us January 12 from 12-4 pm at either The Winery in Breinigsville or The Vineyard in Robesonia for a very special Sangria Sunday. Warm your hearts with a glass of our Clover Hill Hot Toddy made with our Holiday rosé, while supplies last. Pay just $6 per glass, $5 for refills, and $3 from every glass of wine sold will be donated to the SA Bushfire Appeal to help those directly affected by bushfires in Cudlee Creek and on Kangaroo Island, Australia.
Clover Hill owner Kari Skrip has a true fondness for Australia. She studied at and received her Masters in Wine Marketing from the University of Adelaide, South Australia. Kari has been heartbroken by the loss in Australia and would like to support her home away from home.
Kari and our Clover Hill family look forward to seeing you on Sangria Sunday. Together we can help Australian families and wildlife devastated by these tragic fires.

Vino in the Valley, Lehigh Valley Wine Trail’s longest running event, returns for four weekends of wine-filled fun. Purchase a passport for $39 then visit each of the participating wineries during weekends in March for special tasting-size food and wine pairings. This year, each passport holder will receive a logoed, reusable 12 oz. black metal wine tumbler with lid as a special gift. Don’t forget to get your passport stamped at each winery. Once you receive all 8 stamps you can enter your passport for a chance to win the grand prize of a $250 Wine Trail Bucks Gift Certificate, awarded in April 2020.
For the fifth consecutive year, Clover Hill is excited to team up with K’Town Pub Taphouse & BBQ for more delicious food and wine pairings. We will be serving Ramen Bowls like you’ve never tasted before. We'll share details of the bowls soon, so keep checking our website and our Facebook page for updates. In the meantime, grab a bite at K’Town Pub Taphouse & BBQ, 257 W. Main Street, Kutztown. You can view their menu at ktownpub.com.
We encourage everyone to be safe and do not recommend visiting all 8 wineries in one day. Little tastes add up! Plan to pack a snack or stop by a local restaurant as you travel between wineries.
All of the Lehigh Valley Wine Trail wineries are family owned and operated and each have their own set of house rules. They appreciate patience, consideration and respect from all of their guests.
For more information about Vino in the Valley or to purchase a passport, visit www.lehighvalleywinetrail.com or any one of the 8 member wineries. We look forward to seeing you in March.
