Fridays, December 7, 14, 21, 2018; 3:30 pm

Join us at Clover Hill Winery for a fun and educational wine and cheese pairing flight. We will take you through a guided tasting of 4 wines with 4 cheeses and help you understand the reason certain cheeses go with a particular wine more-so than another wine. We will also share just a bit of Clover Hill’s history (did you know Clover Hill was almost not a winery?!), some wine making knowledge, and how to best enjoy a glass of wine. Classes are $18 per person (must be 21 years of age), will last approximately 30 minutes, and are limited in size. Call today to reserve your spot. After your private presentation you are invited into our tasting room to sample 2 additional wines of your choice and you will keep a souvenir wine glass. Call our office today; 610-395-2468 to reserve your event space.

Nouveau Weekend

The Winery in Breinigsville
November 17 & 18, 2018

Join us in celebrating the French tradition of releasing the first wine from this year's grape harvest. On November 17 & 18 you can get your first look at Clover Hill's new release from the 2018 harvest! We are eager to share Blanc Rouge with you. This semi-sweet rose is produced from a blend of 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot fruit. These red grapes spent very little time on the skins of the grapes, therefore extracting minimal coloring from the fruit - hence the name Blanc Rouge, meaning White Red. Blanc Rouge is semi-sweet, bright and fruity. Try pairing this wine with your Thanksgiving meal as this will be a perfect accompaniment to turkey. We look forward to you tasting Blanc Rouge!

Saturdays: 11 am - 5 pm
Sundays: 12 - 5 pm
Passports required: $35 each OR you can purchase a one-time Clover Hill wine and food tasting for $6

Local wine enthusiasts know that March means being out and about touring the 8 wineries along the Lehigh Valley Wine Trail for sample-sized food and wine pairings, all meaning a month of fun!

The Vino in the Valley Passport Program involves purchasing a passport for $35 and then planning your weekends to visit each of the Lehigh Valley Wine Trail wineries during the four weekends in March. As you visit any of the eight member wineries, you will be offered delicious wine and food pairings (tasting size) to enjoy. At each of the wineries your passport will be stamped so that after you collect all eight stamps you can be entered into a Grand-Prize drawing for a $250 gift certificate of Wine Trail Bucks. Also, each winery will be giving away 20 $50 restaurant gift certificates at random over these four weekends.

Clover Hill is thrilled to announce that for the fourth consecutive year we will partner with K’Town Pub Taphouse & BBQ located on Main Street in Kutztown, to offer yet another amazing menu. Check back soon for menu details. But in the meantime, you can learn more about K’Town Pub Taphouse & BBQ or view their menu at

We encourage everybody to be safe and plan on visiting no more than three wineries a day so you can get the best enjoyment out of your experiences without being rushed. Also, consider a stop at a local restaurant along the way from winery to winery as there are so many great options.
Keep in mind all the wineries on the trail are family-owned and operated and each have their own set of house rules, so be sure to check with individual wineries when planning your visits.

For more information about Vino in the Valley, please visit Purchase a passport for $35, either in person at one of our 8 member wineries or online, and we’ll see you in March!
