So many of our customers are still talking about our last pierogi flight, which was almost two years ago. So let’s do it again! We are very happy to welcome Mama’s Pierogies at Black Forest Deli in Bethlehem back for a return performance, so you know they will be as amazing as before! You can decide if you want a sweet flight or a dry flight, at $15 per flight, and we will have wines and perogies prepared accordingly.

Our flight will include a Champagne Cocktail; a wine and cheese pairing; a wine and chocolate pairing; and we will cap off the flight with a special tasting of our lovely Cab Franc Ice Wine. Everybody remembers a good time, and we have many Clover Hill friends that look forward to our annual Valentine’s Day Celebration! Join us Thursday, February 14; Friday, February 15; Saturday, February 16; or Sunday, February 17 from 12 to 4 pm to enjoy a beautiful Valentine’s flight that will make your heart smile. Our flight will include a Champagne Cocktail; a wine and cheese pairing; a wine and chocolate pairing; and we will cap off the flight with a special tasting of our lovely Cab Franc Ice Wine. Based on the calendar, we know Spring is still a few weeks away, BUT we are just so anxious for it to arrive that we will be holding a Sangria Sunday on February 24 from 12-4pm. We will offer the sangria at both The Winery in Breinigsville and The Vineyard in Robesonia. We will be serving a fun and fruity sangria (while supplies last), in hopes of tricking Mother Nature into bring us an early Spring. Check back soon for details regarding the sangria of the day. Sangria will be only $6 a glass (you keep the glass) and refills are only $5! Join us for a toast to an early Spring.
Local wine enthusiasts know that March means being out and about touring the 8 wineries along the Lehigh Valley Wine Trail for sample-sized food and wine pairings, all meaning a month of fun!
The Vino in the Valley Passport Program involves purchasing a passport for $35 and then planning your weekends to visit each of the Lehigh Valley Wine Trail wineries during the four weekends in March. As you visit any of the eight member wineries, you will be offered delicious wine and food pairings (tasting size) to enjoy. At each of the wineries your passport will be stamped so that after you collect all eight stamps you can be entered into a Grand-Prize drawing for a $250 gift certificate of Wine Trail Bucks. Also, each winery will be giving away 20 $50 restaurant gift certificates at random over these four weekends.
Clover Hill is thrilled to announce that for the fourth consecutive year we will partner with K’Town Pub Taphouse & BBQ located on Main Street in Kutztown, to offer yet another amazing menu. The chefs at K’Town Pub have educated us on the fact that Parfaits are not just for dessert anymore, as we will be serving BBQ Parfaits.

March 9, 10, 16 & 17, 2019 we will get you started with a Welcome Sangria, followed by Vignoles paired with a Smoked Meatloaf Parfait which will include mashed potatoes, creamed corn with an apple butter BBQ sauce.We will complete your tasting with a piece of our Vidal Blanc Wine Cake for dessert (we will share the recipe).
March 23, 24, 30 & 31, 2019 we will greet you with a Welcome Sangria, followed by Pinot Noir paired with a Smoked Brisket Parfait which will include mashed sweet potatoes, chimichurri BBQ sauce and pickled red onions. We will complete your day with a piece of our Catawba Wine Cake for dessert (we will share the recipe).

We encourage everybody to be safe and plan on visiting no more than three wineries a day so you can get the best enjoyment out of your experiences without being rushed. Also, consider a stop at a local restaurant along the way from winery to winery as there are so many great options.
Keep in mind all the wineries on the trail are family-owned and operated and each have their own set of house rules, so be sure to check with individual wineries when planning your visits.
