Clover Hill Vineyards and Winery is a family run operation and one of Pennsylvania’s largest wineries. We're located in Breinigsville, a small community approximately one hour north of Philadelphia and one hour west of New York City. Clover Hill maintains six different vineyard sites within the counties of Berks and Lehigh for a total of 70 acres of vines, and annually produces wine on site in a modern winemaking facility with cooperage in excess of 120,000 gallons. Wines are sold through Clover Hill’s four retail locations and also are available statewide through the Pennsylvania Wine and Spirits Shoppes and several grocery store chains.

Part-Time Retail Sales

Clover Hill Vineyards & Winery is hiring for Part-Time Retail Sales Associates for locations at The Winery in Breinigsville and The Vineyard in Robesonia. We need wine-loving, people-friendly individuals! Hours can vary, but some weekend work is required. Candidates must be 21+ years old.

Part-Time Gardener

Clover Hill Vineyards & Winery is hiring for a Part-Time Gardener for The Winery in Breinigsville. We are looking for an independent individual to assist in the following activities:

• Preparing flower beds
• Planting flowers
• Weeding, deadheading and maintenance of the beds
• Assist in mulching
• Helping to keep Clover Hill looking beautiful!

Hours are varied depending on the season, but approximately 15-25 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible, but work must be performed during our business hours: Monday – Friday from 9 am-5:30 pm. Interested candidates should have experience in gardening. Assistant Winemaker Position

Clover Hill is actively looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to assist in the winemaking activities as well as help with vineyard tasks and wine promotional and sales events. The job description for this full-time position covers many areas of the winery operations and is roughly divided up as 70% winemaking, 15% vineyard operations and 15% sales.

Winemaking Responsibilities Include:

• Harvest Activities: Fruit Receipt, Crushing and Pressing, Juice Adjustment and Fermentation
• Cellar Activities: Racking, Fining, Cold Stabilization and Filtration
• Barreling
• Lab Analysis and Record Keeping
• Bottling

Vineyard Responsibilities Include:

• Pruning
• Spraying
• Growing Activities: Shoot Positioning, Leaf Removal and Cluster Thinning
• Vineyard Expansion Activities: Planting, Trellis Installation, Plant Training and Watering
• Harvest

Promotion and Sales Responsibilities Include:

• Tasting Room Sales
• Wine Tours
• Festival Sales


An enology degree and/or significant real world experience is a requirement. Applicants must be mechanically inclined, have good communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in computers. Compensation is based on the individual’s level of education and experience. Vineyard Assistant

Clover Hill is actively looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual whose focus will be to assist with the various aspects of vineyard duties throughout the season and assist in winery operations when needed.

Applicants for this full-time position should be of strong mind and body, have good communication skills and have a great mechanical ability. Applicants MUST understand and be able to proficiently operate farm tractors and agricultural machinery. A CDL drivers license is preferred but not required.

Vineyard Responsibilities Include:

• Pruning and Tying
• Spraying (Herbicides and Air Blast)
• Mowing with a zero-turn mower
• Growing Activities: Shoot Positioning, Leaf Removal and Cluster Thinning
• Vineyard Maintenance/Trellis Repair
• Vineyard Expansion Activities: Planting, Trellis Installation, Plant Training and Watering
• Vineyard Crew Supervision and Training
• Vineyard Equipment Maintenance
• Transportation (Fruit and Vineyard Equipment/Supplies)
• Harvest

Other Responsibilities Include:

• Warehousing
• Assisting with Bottling or other Winery Operations
• Deliveries
